Pardon the Construction…The Market District is Open!

How to Get to Your Favorite Market District Spots

While construction changes some streets and entrances, every business is open. Follow our simple route guide and find parking near your favorite spots.

How to Access
Market District

The intersection of Maclay Boulevard and Maclay Commerce Drive will be closed. Maclay Commerce Drive will also be closed east of the intersection (from Maclay Boulevard to Financial Plaza Drive), and Maclay Boulevard will remain closed from the north at Mosswood Chase.

Businesses will still be accessible using alternate routes: Maclay Commerce Drive west of the intersection can be reached via Martin Hurst Road, Sage restaurant and the Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers Association building can be accessed via Mosswood Chase, and businesses on Maclay Boulevard south of the intersection can be reached from Market Street.
